We are happy to announce that Fresno Unified is now set up to use PrinterLogic. What is PrinterLogic, you may ask? PrinterLogic simplifies the process of installing Ricoh printers near you on your district computer. The benefit to staff is that they can easily find and install the supported Ricoh printers through a self-service web portal (http://go.fresnou.org/printers) without the need to contact the IT Help Desk or create a help support ticket. Staff can simply access the web portal, select which Ricoh they want to print to, and click on install.
