Microsoft’s Speaker Coach is a feature within Microsoft PowerPoint that provides users with real-time feedback on their oral presentations. The tool uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze the speaker’s tone of voice, pacing, and language, and provides suggestions for improvement to help the speaker deliver a more effective and engaging presentation.

Do you ever have situations where you need to time your students on a quiz or assessment? Microsoft Forms was recently updated to include a quiz timer feature. That’s right, you can now set a specific time duration for a Forms Quiz. Your students will see the time duration at the top of the screen during the quiz. If they do not complete the quiz by the end of the timer, the quiz will be immediately submitted for them.

Microsoft Stream is the YouTube of our organization. We can upload videos onto Stream and share them with colleagues, students, or the whole organization. We also appreciate the ability to create screen recordings right on the Stream website. It’s been a great ride and it will continue, but we wanted to let you know that the interface is changing due to the migration of the Stream videos over to SharePoint. With this move, you will notice that the process of sharing your videos is exactly the same as sharing a Word, Excel or PowerPoint file.
